Digital Signature Certificate
Nothing gets filed on an Indian government portal without one. A Class 3 DSC is your legal signature online — issued after video verification, delivered on a secure token.

Overview
Best suited to. Directors and designated partners, anyone filing on MCA, income tax, GST, EPFO or the trademark registry, and businesses bidding on e-tender portals.
How we price it. One fixed professional fee, agreed in writing before any work begins, with government fees and statutory charges itemised separately and payable at actuals. If the scope changes, we tell you before doing the work.
What’s included
- 01
Application and verification
Application filed with the certifying authority, and the mandatory video and mobile verification walked through with you.
- 02
Correct type selected
Signing only, or signing with encryption — the latter is required for e-tendering and is where most people buy the wrong one.
- 03
Token supplied
Issued on a FIPS-compliant USB token, which is mandatory. A DSC cannot be stored loose on a computer.
- 04
Installation support
Drivers installed and the certificate registered on the portals you actually need it for.
- 05
Renewal tracking
Expiry diarised, because a DSC that lapses mid-filing stops the filing.
- 06
Foreign applicants
Notarisation and apostille requirements handled for directors resident abroad.
Documents required
Collected once, digitally. We check the whole set before anything is filed — document problems are what turn a two-week job into a six-week one.
Individual
- PAN card
- Aadhaar card
- Passport-size photograph
- Mobile number and email registered in the applicant's own name
Organisation certificate
- Incorporation certificate or partnership deed

Questions
Q1Which class of DSC do I need?
Class 3 is the standard for all statutory filing in India. Whether you also need encryption depends on the portal — e-tendering usually does, MCA and income tax filing usually do not.
Q2Can I use one DSC for everything?
Generally yes. A single Class 3 signing certificate in your name works across MCA, income tax, GST, EPFO and the trademark registry. Some tender portals require a separate organisational certificate.
Q3What happens when it expires?
It stops working immediately, and any filing in progress stalls. Renewal is a fresh issuance rather than an extension, so it is worth starting a couple of weeks before expiry.
Q4I am a foreign national. Can I get one?
Yes. Documents must be notarised or apostilled in your country of residence, and the verification process differs slightly. Expect it to take longer than a domestic application.
